  • 2 c. raw chopped potatoes
  • 2 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 3/4 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped carrots
  • 3/4 c. chopped onion
  • 4 to 8 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 qt. milk
  • 1 large jar Cheez Whiz

Directions

    In large pan, place potatoes, broccoli, celery, carrots and onion in 2 quarts water.

    Cook for about 20 minutes; do not drain. Add to the cooked vegetables the flour, milk and Cheez Whiz. Simmer until thick, about 20 minutes.

    Stir constantly.

    This will make about 1 gallon of soup.
