  • 1 1/2 heads fresh broccoli or 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 pt. half and half cream
  • 2 c. water
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes
  • 1/2 c. cornstarch, mixed with 1 c. water

Directions

  1. 1
    Mix water, salt, pepper and cheese. After cheese has melted, add cream and cornstarch mixture. Then add broccoli.
