Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 9 c. water
- 9 chicken bouillon cubes
- 3 pkg. frozen broccoli or 1 large bunch
- 12 oz. fine egg noodles
- 1 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 9 c. milk (six 12 oz. cans Pet milk)
Directions

1In a large pot, saute onion in butter for 3 minutes. Add water and bouillon. Bring to a boil. Add noodles and pepper.

2Cook 3 minutes. Stir in broccoli and garlic powder.

3Cook 4 minutes. Add milk and cubed cheese slowly until melted and creamy, stirring constantly.

4Keep on low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
