- 1 lb. fresh broccoli, chopped
- 2 tsp. or 2 packets chicken bouillon
- 2 c. water
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1/4 c. flour
- dash of pepper
Directions

1In Dutch oven heat water and bouillon until dissolved.

2Add broccoli; cover and cook until broccoli is tender.

3Add milk, cheese and dash of pepper.

4Cook and stir until cheese is melted. Combine 1/4 cup flour with 1/2 cup cold water.

5Stir into broccoli mixture.

6Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.

7Serves 4 to 6.
