Broccoli-Tomato Casserole

- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, cut up
- buttered bread crumbs
Directions

1Cook broccoli in unsalted boiling water for 5 to 7 minutes or until broccoli is tender; drain.

2Combine eggs, soup and oregano. Stir in tomatoes and cooked broccoli.

3Turn the vegetable-cheese mixture into a 10-inch baking dish.

4Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs.

5Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes.
