Broccoli-Walnut Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 pkg. chopped broccoli
- 1/2 c. butter
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes, crushed
- 2 c. milk
- 2/3 c. water
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 2/3 pkg. herb stuffing mix (8 oz. size)
- 2/3 c. chopped walnuts
Directions

1Cook broccoli in boiling water until tender.

2Drain.

3Put in buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole.

4In pan, melt 1/2 cup butter. Blend in flour and cubes; stir to make smooth paste.

5Gradually add milk.

6Cook and stir until smooth.

7Pour sauce over broccoli.

8Mix in a bit.

9Heat 2/3 cup water and 6 tablespoons butter until melted.

10Pour over stuffing mix and toss to coat.

11Add nuts and put on top of broccoli.

12Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

13Serves 8.
