Broccoli-Zucchini Soup

  • lots of broccoli flowerets
  • lots of cubed zucchini chunks
  • 1 qt. water with chicken bouillon or 1 qt. chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of potato soup or 1 can cream of chicken
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Directions

    Add a lot of broccoli flowerets and cubed zucchini chunks in 1 quart water with chicken bouillon or 1 quart chicken broth.

    Cook until tender.

    Add soup and cheese.

    Reduce heat and stir until cheese melts.
  5. 5
    (I've also made this soup using broccoli only.)
