Broccoli-Zucchini Soup

- lots of broccoli flowerets
- lots of cubed zucchini chunks
- 1 qt. water with chicken bouillon or 1 qt. chicken broth
- 1 can cream of potato soup or 1 can cream of chicken
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Add a lot of broccoli flowerets and cubed zucchini chunks in 1 quart water with chicken bouillon or 1 quart chicken broth.

2Cook until tender.

3Add soup and cheese.

4Reduce heat and stir until cheese melts.

5(I've also made this soup using broccoli only.)
