- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 medium bell pepper, diced
- 6 to 8 fish fillets
- seafood seasoning to taste
Directions

1Place fish in skillet.

2Sprinkle with seafood seasoning to taste.

3Add Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, water and peppers. Bring to a boil.

4Reduce heat.

5Cover and simmer on low for 10 to 12 minutes.
