- 1 to 2 lb. halibut fillet (1-inch thick)
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp. garlic
Directions

1Place halibut in baking pan.

2Set oven to broil.

3Melt butter and garlic together.

4Place lemon slices on fillet.

5Pour butter and garlic mixture on top of fillet.

6Reserve some mixture to baste halibut as it broils.

7Broil for 15 minutes.
