  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • butter
  • toasted bread
  • mushrooms

Directions

    Split cleaned birds down back.

    Place 2 inches under preheated broiler for 8 minutes; basting again with olive oil.

    Serve on buttered toast with mushrooms.
