- 8 plum tomatoes, cut in half lengthwise
- 1 large garlic clove, pressed
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh oregano or 1 teaspoon dried, crumbled
- 4 teaspoons grated Romano cheese
Directions

1Preheat broiler.

2Place tomatoes cut side up in baking dish.

3Spread garlic over cut half of tomatoes.

4Sprinkle tomatoes with oregano then Romano.

5Season with pepper.

6Broil until tomatoes are tender, about 5 minutes.
