- 1 salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp dill
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 place salmon over salad and drizzle with honey lemon vinegarette, see recipe

2Drizzle olive oil over each piece of salmon

3Season with salt & pepper, sprinkle dill on each piece.

4Place a slice of lemon on each piece of salmon.

5Broil for 10 minutes, check for doneness, adjust cooking times for thickness of salmon.
