Broiled Scallops

  • 1 1/2 lbs bay scallops
  • 1 tbsp garlic salt
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Directions

    Turn broiler on.

    Rinse scallops and place in shallow baking pan. Spring with garlic salt, melted butter and lemon juice.

    Melt butter in saucepan over med-high heat. Add all ingredients except lemon and saute scallops for 2 mins each side. Pour over rife pilaf. Squeeze lemon juice over top.
