- 1 1/2 lbs bay scallops
- 1 tbsp garlic salt
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Directions

1Turn broiler on.

2Rinse scallops and place in shallow baking pan. Spring with garlic salt, melted butter and lemon juice.

3Melt butter in saucepan over med-high heat. Add all ingredients except lemon and saute scallops for 2 mins each side. Pour over rife pilaf. Squeeze lemon juice over top.
