Broiled Soft Shell Crabs

  • 8 soft shell crabs
  • 8 slices toast
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 2 lemons, thinly sliced

    Clean crabs; drop them in oil.

    Have broiler hot (500°).
