  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 3 Tbsp. soft shortening
  • 2 (2 oz.) sq. cooking chocolate, melted
  • 3/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 to 3 egg yolks or 1 small egg

Directions

    Set bowl in ice water.

    Mix sugar, salt, milk, shortening, chocolate and vanilla; mix thoroughly.

    Add eggs; beat until thick and of spreading consistency, 3 to 5 minutes.
