Brown Pork Chops

  • 6 pork chops
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. rice, uncooked
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • salt, lemon pepper, parsley flakes and oregano

Directions

    Brown pork chops which have been seasoned with salt and pepper. Put rice evenly into large casserole.

    Sprinkle parsley flakes and oregano on top of rice.

    Place pork chops on top of rice, then onion and pepper on top of chops.

    Mix bouillon cubes and boiling water.

    Pour over casserole.

    Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour or until rice is done.

    Serves 6.
