  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 2 c. beef broth
  • 1 c. consomme
  • 2 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Saute onion and green pepper in margarine.

    Melt 1 stick margarine in large casserole dish; add sauteed onion and pepper and remaining ingredients.

    Cover and bake at 450° for 1 hour (425° if using a glass dish).
