“Brown” Rice

  • 1/2 sticks Butter
  • 1 cup White Rice
  • 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) French Onion Soup
  • 1 can (10.5 Oz. Can) Beef Consomme

Directions

    Heat butter in a medium sauce pan over high heat. Add rice and cook until lightly browned.

    Add both the soups, reduce heat, cover and simmer for approximately 20 minutes or until all liquid has evaporated.
