  • 1/4 lb. margarine
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 c. raw rice
  • 1 can consomme
  • 1 can water

Directions

    Melt margarine and add chopped onion and rice.

    Put in covered casserole.

    Add consomme and bake 1 full hour at 375°.
