Brown Rice Flour Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown rice flour
  • 1/4 cup water and possibly then some once mixed
  • 2 tablespoons milk choice I used vanilla rice milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon pink salt or substitute
  • herb blend of choice optional, marjoram, gluten-free curry powder, rosemary
  • olive oil or substitute
  • 2 extra-large brown eggs

Directions

    Mix dried ingredients together seperately

    Mix wet ingredients (not oil) together sperately

    combine both mixes together and mix until proper consistency. (should be in between thick & liquidy

    Preheat oven to 450 ferenheit

    Poor batter into oiled pan

    Bake 10 minutes on lower rack
  7. 7
    Bake 10 minutes on higher rack
  8. 8
    Take out & enjoy!
