  • 1 c. brown rice
  • 1 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 c. thinly sliced carrots
  • 1 (14 oz.) can chicken broth
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
