- 1/2 c. onion (diced)
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
Directions

1Boil okra until soft, drain, rinse with cold water.

2Combine onions and oil and saute until brown, drain onions.

3Combine onions, okra, tomato juice in same skillet.
