- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. softened butter
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1 lb. brown sugar
- 5 large eggs (room temperature)
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. rum flavoring
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Grease and flour a 12 cup Bundt pan. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together and set aside.

3Beat butter in mixing bowl until light and fluffy.

4Gradually add sugars and continue beating until very light.

5Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

6Combine milk and flavorings.

7Add to batter alternately with dry ingredients.

8Fold in nuts.

9Pour into prepared pan.
