  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder

Directions

    Mix butter, egg and brown sugar until creamy.

    Add flour, baking powder and pecans.

    Line the bottom and sides of a 10 3/4 x 7-inch cake pan with aluminum foil, then grease foil with Crisco. Pour batter into pan and bake at 325° for 25 minutes.
