Brownie Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. large marshmallows

Directions

    Grease well and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Cream the margarine and sugar.

    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.

    Add flour and cocoa, mixed.

    Beat well.

    Stir in vanilla and nuts.

    (I like to dredge my nuts with cocoa.)

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

    As soon as baked, cover with marshmallows.

    If they do not melt, return to oven until they do.
