  • 1 (19 1/2 oz.) pkg. fudge brownie mix
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 c. grated carrots
  • 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • powdered sugar

Directions

    Combine first 7 ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

    Beat at low speed 2 minutes. Stir in pecans. Grease and flour pan.

    Pour into a 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes.

    Check with toothpick at center. Cool on wire rack. Cut into squares. Dust with powdered sugar.
