  • 1/3 c. butter or margarine, softened
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, soft
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla

    Blend cake mix, coconut, butter and 1 egg on low speed until mixture is crumbly.
