  • 2 large cream cheese
  • 2 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, softened
  • 2 c. unsifted powdered sugar
  • 1 (4 1/2 oz.) instant chocolate pudding
  • 1/4 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Directions

    Make brownies according to the directions on the box. Undercook slightly.

    Let cool.

    Mix together one 8 ounce container Cool Whip, cream cheese and powdered sugar.

    Spread on top of the brownies.

    Prepare pudding and put on top of the cheese.

    Spread second container of Cool Whip for the top layer.

    Sprinkle nuts on top.
