- 4 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 large eggs
Directions

1Melt the chocolate and butter in a saucepan; when melted, add pecans and set aside.

2Mix flour, sugar and eggs; add chocolate mixture and vanilla.

3Mix until well blended.

4Do not beat.

5Pour into baking cups, small or miniature muffin pans, filling cup 2/3 full.

6Bake at 325° for 20 to 25 minutes.

7Don't overcook.

8Cool in pan 8 to 10 minutes.

9Makes 5 to 6 dozen.
