  • 1cup butter
  • 4oz bittersweet choc
  • 2cupss sugar
  • 4eggs
  • 1cup flour
  • 1tsp salt
  • 2cups chopped nuts
  • 1tsp vanilla
  • Frosting
  • 1cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz bittersweet choc, finely chopped

    350 oven

    18x12x2 pan lined with parchment sprayed with butter spray

    In double boiler, melt butter and 4oz choc, reserve

    In lg bowl, beat eggs, until fluffy, add flour,salt,mix well,add choc,blending,stir in nuts and vanilla

    Bake 35 to 40 min,until top is crisp and toothpick inserted comes out clean, cool befor pouring frosting over top

    For frosting bring cream to boil, stirring constantly

    Place chopped choc in med bowl, pour boiling cream over choc and stir to blenspread thin cool
