  • 10 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 3/4 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

    Melt the butter in a saucepan

    Add the sugar and cocoa to the saucepan and whisk together.

    Add the salt, vanilla and eggs.

    Mix in well

    Stir in the flour.

    Pour the mixture into a greased tin that has been lined with greased tinfoil and bake at 180 Celsius for 25-30 minutes or longer if you prefer a less gooey brownie
