Ingredients

  • 2 oz. baking chocolate
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1-1/8 tbsp. flour, sifted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup pecans
  • walnuts, chopped

Directions

    Melt baking chocolate, let cool.

    Cream butter; gradually sugar, and beat until light and smooth.

    (This could take a while, if you don't have an electric mixer.)

    Add 2 beaten eggs, and beat mixture thoroughly.

    Add melted chocolate.

    Stir in sifted flour, vanilla, and nuts.

    Mix thoroughly.

    Spread in greased 8x12-inch pan.

    Bake at 325F, about 30 minutes.

    Cut in squares and remove from pan while still warm.
