Ingredients

  • 2/3 c. margarine
  • 4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. plain flour, sifted
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 bag miniature marshmallows

Directions

    Melt margarine and chocolate in saucepan large enough to serve as a mixing bowl.

    Add sugar, eggs and vanilla.

    Beat mixture thoroughly until blended.

    Stir in sifted dry ingredients.

    Bake in an 11 x 9 x 2-inch pan at 325° for 45 minutes or until done. Remove from oven and top with marshmallows.

    Return to oven until marshmallows begin to puff up.

    Cool and use the following icing.
