  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. flour (self-rising)
  • 6 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 c. nuts

Directions

    Cream the butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time.

    Add cocoa and flour, then nuts and vanilla. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes until leaves edge of pan.

    Do not overcook.

    Should be chewy.

    Use a 9 x 12 x 2-inch pan.
