- 2 c. sugar
- 4 oz. chocolate
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. flour
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. nut meats
Directions

1Melt, then cool, chocolate and butter.

2Beat until light the eggs and salt.

3Add the sugar gradually.

4Continue to beat until these ingredients are light and creamy.

5Fold in the melted mixture and vanilla.

6Add flour; fold in nuts.

7Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.

8Pour in the batter.

9Bake at 325° for about 30 minutes.

10When it is cold, cut into squares.
