  • 1/2 c. margarine, softened (1 stick)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 (20 oz.) can chocolate syrup
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. flour (all-purpose)
  • 1 c. chopped nuts (I prefer pecans)

Directions

    Cream margarine and sugar until fluffy.

    Beat in syrup, then eggs one at a time.

    Beat in flour gradually.

    Fold in nuts.

    Pour into greased 15 x 10-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Frost with Chocolate Chip Frosting.

    Cut in squares.
