Brownies Without Grains

- 150 g butter
- 2 tablespoons honey (or more to taste)
- 2 eggs
- 45 g cocoa powder
- 12 teaspoon vanilla
- 120 g almonds, chopped
Directions

1Allow butter to soften, or melt.

2Preheat oven to 175C or 325F.

3Prepare a small baking dish, or individual dishes.

4If using a food processor or mixer, combine all ingredients and process until smooth and combined.

5If mixing by hand, combine butter and cocoa powder, then add eggs, honey and vanilla.

6Stir in the nuts.

7Bake for about 20 minutes in one dish, or about 15 minutes in individual dishes.

8Finished brownies should be a bit firm to the touch.

9Note: Taste-test the batter for the right amount of honey, then let them cool to fully enjoy the taste.
