- 8 slices bread, cubed
- 2 lb. sausage, browned lightly and drained
- 2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 can mushroom or celery soup
Directions

1Place cubed bread in 9 x 13-inch buttered pan.

2Mix loose sausage and cheese; spoon on top of bread.

3Beat eggs with 2 1/2 cups milk, soup, mustard, salt and pepper to taste.

4Pour over bread, cheese and sausage mixture.

5Refrigerate overnight.

6Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
