- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 6 to 8 slices bread, cubed
- 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
- 5 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper
- butter
Directions

1Crumble sausage and cook until brown; drain grease.

2Butter a 13 x 9-inch Pyrex dish.

3Place bread cubes on bottom.

4Sprinkle sausage over bread.

5Mix in bowl rest of ingredients and pour over sausage.

6Cover and refrigerate overnight.

7Bake at 350°, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
