  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices bread, crust removed
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard

Directions

    Put trimmed bread in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.

    Add grated cheese and cooked sausage.

    Mix eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper (optional).

    Pour over sausage.

    Refrigerate overnight. Next morning, bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
