  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. biscuit mix
  • 6 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • pinch of salt
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 c. cooked meat (sausage, bacon, etc.)
  • 1 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Combine milk, biscuit mix, margarine, salt and eggs in a blender; mix well.

    Turn into ungreased Pyrex dish.

    Add meat, poking into batter.

    Top with cheese.

    Bake at 350° until top is golden, about 45 minutes.

    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
