  • 1 lb. sausage, browned
  • 1 pkg. of 8 crescent rolls
  • 2 c. shredded Mozzarella or mild Cheddar cheese
  • 3 eggs, beaten lightly
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Spread crescent rolls in buttered 9 x 12-inch cake pan.

    Seal perforations.

    Sprinkle with sausage and cheese.

    Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper together and pour over the top.

    Bake at 425° for 15 minutes or until done.

    Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes before cutting.
