  • 1 lb. sausage, (sage is best)
  • 1 can biscuits
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Cook and drain sausage.

    In 9 x 13 x 2-inch greased pan, line pan with biscuits and pinch to seal.

    Sprinkle with sausage and cheese.

    Mix remaining ingredients and beat well.

    Pour over sausage and cheese.

    Bake at 425° for 15 to 20 minutes or until set.

    Let stand 15 minutes.

    Cut and serve.
