- 1 lb. sausage, (sage is best)
- 1 can biscuits
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook and drain sausage.

2In 9 x 13 x 2-inch greased pan, line pan with biscuits and pinch to seal.

3Sprinkle with sausage and cheese.

4Mix remaining ingredients and beat well.

5Pour over sausage and cheese.

6Bake at 425° for 15 to 20 minutes or until set.

7Let stand 15 minutes.

8Cut and serve.
