- 2 cups unseasoned croutons
- 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
- Dash pepper
- 4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
Directions

1Place croutons and cheese in the bottom of a greased 10 X 6 X 1 3/4 inch baking dish.

2Combine eggs, milk and seasonings.

3Pour into baking dish.

4Sprinkle with bacon.

5Bake at 325 for 1 hour or until set.
