- 2 c. croutons
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/8 tsp. onion powder
- dash of pepper
- 4 slices cooked bacon
Directions

1Combine croutons and cheese in greased 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.

2Beat eggs; add milk and seasoning.

3Pour over crouton mixture in casserole dish.

4Crumble bacon over top.

5Bake at 325° for 1 hour, or until eggs are set.

6Garnish with bacon curls, if desired.
