  • 12 thin slices Canadian bacon
  • 3 (4 oz. pkg.) shredded Swiss cheese
  • 12 large eggs
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/3 c. parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley

Directions

    Place bacon in a single layer in a lightly greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Sprinkle with Swiss cheese, cover and chill. Break eggs over cheese, spacing evenly. Pour whipping cream over eggs and sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Bake in a 425° preheated oven for 10 minutes.
