- 2 c. cubed fully cooked ham
- 1/2 c. chopped green onions (if desired)
- 10 flour tortillas (8 inches)
- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. half-and-half, cream or milk
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Combine ham and onions.

2Place about 1/3 cup down the center of each tortilla.

3Top with 2 Tbsp. cheese.

4Roll up and place seam side down in a greased 9 x 13 pan.

5In a bowl, combine flour, cream, eggs and salt.

6Pour over tortillas.

7Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.

8Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.

9Cover and bake at 350° for about 45 to 50 minutes. Uncover, bake for 10 minutes.

10Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 3 minutes longer or until the cheese is melted.

11Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.

12You can test for doneness by sticking knife in egg mixture.

13If knife comes out clean, it is done.
