- 1 (10-inch) baked pie crust
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
- 1 Tbsp. Parkay margarine
- 1/4 c. chopped pimento
- 1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
- 1 c. milk
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. finely chopped ham
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Combine cream cheese and milk in saucepan; stir over low heat until smooth.

3Gradually add cream cheese mixture to eggs, mixing until blended.

4Saute onion in margarine; add onion and remaining ingredients to cream cheese mixture.

5Mix well. Pour into pastry shell.

6Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until set.
