  • 3 to 5 lb. pork roast
  • 1 c. onion, chopped
  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 1 c. pork broth
  • 2 or 3 cans corn, half grain or creamed
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 (14 oz.) bottle catsup
  • 1 (5 oz.) bottle Worcestershire
  • 1 or 2 Tbsp. vinegar
