Ingredients

  • 2 cans corn
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes, (10 oz.)
  • 2 cans tomatoes (14.5 oz.)
  • 2 lb. chicken thighs
  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 2 cans Castleberry BBQ pork (10 oz.)
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 bottle hot catsup

Directions

    Cook chicken thighs about 45 minutes until done.

    Debone and chop chicken.

    Cook ground beef, and add all other ingredients. Add Rotel tomatoes and the hot catsup to individual taste.

    Let simmer 20 minutes.
